Duties and Taxes
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.

SPRIG Florals reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid. 

Promotions and Discounts

Only one promotional discount can be used per individual. Promotional discounts are valid only as listed. A promotional discount cannot be used after an order has been placed or in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Promotional discounts are only available while supplies last; non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash; and good only for the specific items featured in the promotion. SPRIG Florals reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a promotional offer at any time. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Discount codes

All of our discount codes are subject to availability, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions that we may be running. This includes the sign up offer of 10% off your first online order. The sign up offer can only be redeemed on full-price items. 

 Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, SPRIG Florals (BGC Concepts) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SPRIG Florals (BGC Concepts) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SPRIG Florals (BGC Concepts) shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Your email and mailing address will be used to confirm your orders and to receive special promotions from SPRIG Florals (BGC Concepts).
